Whether you are experiencing problems in the relationship with your spouse or partner, or if you are a parent having conflicts with your child, if you are both willing to put in the work then this is what you need. This treatment that focuses on the feelings of each individual, on how their actions and words are impacting one another, on how to forgive and heal wounds, and improve communication and understanding. You will be able to transform conflicts into an opportunity for a deeper connection. During this process, some sessions will be held with both individuals simultaneously online with the therapist, while other sessions will be dedicated to work with each one separately in individual sessions to work on specific matters that requiere attention for the health of the relationship.
