Emotional Intelligence Coaching Program

Service Description

A monthly individual coaching program for young athletes between the ages of 12 and 22, designed to develop the emotional and psychological skills that performance alone cannot teach. This program helps young athletes manage pressure, build resilience, regulate their emotions, and find their identity both on and off the field. The program includes 4 sessions, delivered over a one-to-two month period, along with specific exercises to work on between sessions and ongoing online accompaniment, including useful videos. Homework material is provided during each session. Please complete payment at the time of booking to reserve your session. Payment accepted via Zelle to danielachavezps@gmail.com. Once payment is received, I will confirm your session within 24 hours via the email and/or phone number you provide.
