Service Description

The initial consultation is a supportive space where you can share the concerns, patterns, struggles, or life situations that are bringing you to therapy. It is an opportunity for you to speak openly about what you have been experiencing, ask questions, and begin clarifying what kind of support you need. During this session, I will orient you around your situation, explore the main difficulties affecting your wellbeing, and explain how therapy can help. We will also discuss possible goals, the therapeutic process, and whether my approach is the right fit for you at this stage of your journey. This consultation is designed to help you gain greater clarity, understanding, and direction before beginning ongoing therapeutic work.
